1. Eligibility

2. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the App.
3. The Service
Asiral provides curated lessons on etiquette, taste and lifestyle refinement for personal, non-commercial use. Content is offered for general educational and cultural interest only. It is not professional, medical, legal or financial advice, and Asiral makes no guarantee of outcomes from using it.
4. Membership & Subscriptions
Asiral offers a free tier, which includes your personal journey and Foundations of Refinement, and a paid Asiral Membership that unlocks the full library. Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, renew automatically at the price shown at purchase unless cancelled, and are subject to those platforms' payment terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device account settings. Refunds are governed by Apple or Google refund policies, not by Asiral directly.
5. Free Trials & Price Changes
If a free trial is offered, its terms will be shown before purchase. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription automatically. We may change subscription pricing from time to time. Any change will apply from your next renewal and, where required by law, we will notify you in advance.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Asiral only as intended. You must not reverse engineer, scrape, resell or redistribute our content, attempt to bypass membership restrictions, use the App unlawfully, or infringe the rights of others.
7. Intellectual Property
All lesson content, text, imagery, the Asiral name and related materials are owned by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME TO CONFIRM] or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the App. It does not transfer ownership of any content to you.
8. Your Content
Certain features, such as Journal entries, let you save your own notes within the App. You retain ownership of what you write and grant us the licence needed to store and display it back to you as part of the Service.
9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Asiral is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Termination
You may stop using Asiral and delete your account at any time from Profile > Privacy > Delete My Account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the App before they take effect. Continuing to use Asiral after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law

13. Apple & Google App Stores
If you downloaded Asiral from the Apple App Store, this licence is between you and Asiral only, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you. The same principle applies to purchases and licences obtained through Google Play.
